By accessing and using ScriptShare.io (hereinafter referred to as 'the Site'), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (ToS). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site. We may update the ToS periodically without notice.
2. User Conduct

- Share scripts that violate copyright or intellectual property rights.
- Post malicious code or scripts that contain viruses or harmful components.
- Use the platform for illegal purposes or to promote illegal activities.
- Share scripts that contain personal data or sensitive information.
3. Intellectual Property
You agree that any and all content you provide to ScriptShare.io (collectively, 'Subscriber Content'), including but not limited to scripts, graphics, images, animations, and feedback, is perpetually and irrevocably licensed to ScriptShare.io on a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive basis pursuant to Creative Commons licensing terms (CC BY-SA 4.0). You grant ScriptShare.io the perpetual and irrevocable right and license to access, use, process, copy, distribute, export, display, and commercially exploit such Subscriber Content for purposes such as:
- Providing, maintaining, and updating the platform.
- Addressing lawful requests from agencies.
- Addressing security incidents and providing technical support.
- Aggregating data for product optimization.
This license means you cannot revoke permission for ScriptShare.io to use such content, even if you later remove it. Public Content you contribute is open for public use and must have appropriate attribution. By agreeing to these terms, you also abide by the Acceptable Use Policy of our platform.
4. Limitation of Liability
ScriptShare.io is not responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of the service. The Site is provided without warranty of any kind.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ScriptShare.io, its owners, and its staff from any claims or disputes arising from the use of the service.

7. Termination

8. Miscellaneous
If any part of these ToS is held invalid, the remainder of the ToS will continue in effect. The ToS constitutes the entire agreement between you and ScriptShare.io regarding its subject matter.
